How long should I be in the sauna?

It is recommended that the time spent in the steam room should be 30 minutes to an hour, and the longest should not exceed one hour. Because the temperature in the steam room is relatively high, and the air is not ventilated, staying in it for a long time will make people feel stuffy and uncomfortable.

Some people also have difficulty breathing. Therefore, it is not recommended for patients with high blood pressure, coronary heart disease and cerebrovascular diseases to go to the steam room for sweat steaming. Otherwise, it may increase blood pressure and cause headache and dizziness. It can also lead to diseases such as angina pectoris.

Steaming is a form of health care that is deeply loved by everyone, but sweat steaming cannot be steamed for too long, and it varies from person to person. First of all, the time of sweating should not be too long or too frequent, 1 to 2 times a week is more appropriate, and each time can be about an hour or so according to the situation of sweating. Drink plenty of water when doing sweat steaming, which is conducive to sweating.
