How to take a sauna correctly

1. Don't wear jewelry when you are in the sauna, such as jade pendants, necklaces, watches, etc., which are easy to absorb heat, and will burn the skin if you are not careful.

2. Be sure to add more water when taking a sauna to avoid heat exhaustion and other phenomena. It is best to drink two glasses of plain water before taking a sauna, which can enhance blood circulation and replenish water faster.

3. The time of steaming in the sauna should not be too long. If the time is too long, excessive sweating will make the human body exhausted; and the temperature will be too high, which will make it difficult for people to breathe. Under normal circumstances, after staying in the sauna room for 5-10 minutes at a time, you should come out to breathe.

4. After steaming in the sauna, you can't take a bath immediately. If you want to rest for a while, you can wipe it with a dry towel first.
