What type of sauna is best for families?

Can I have a sauna on hardwood floors?
The low thermal conductivity of wood is great for you to use in a sauna, as it doesn't get too hot even in a very hot sauna. So you won't burn your feet on wood floors! And the risk of slipping on wooden floors is minimal.
