Q: Which courier companies will we use for delivery?

A: We will choose the courier company according to the product, zip code and other information in your order or your request. For portable saunas, the courier companies we generally choose are USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
For wooden saunas, we generally choose ABF trucks for transportation.


Q: Where do you ship from?

A: We have warehouses in the west and east of the United States. According to your address, choose the warehouse for delivery.


Q: Is it free shipping?

A: Free shipping on purchases of portable products, except for some special countries or cities(Brazil, Africa). Standard shipping applies, expedited shipping does not include free shipping.
Because the wooden sauna is an oversized product, we will charge a small shipping fee.


Q: What is the choice of logistics method for single or small amount of goods?

A: Portable saunas are shipped by UPS/FedEx.
The wooden sauna is transported by truck.


Q: What are the logistics options for multiple items or bulk purchases?

A: For bulk purchases, use sea freight + ABF


Q:Do you charge taxes?

A:We only charge shipping, no tax. Taxes are collected by local customs. Taxes are borne by the customer.


Q: I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

A: If you buy a portable sauna, we will ship it within 1-3 days. If you buy a wooden sauna, we need 20-25 days to make.


Q: How long is the delivery time?

Portable Saunas:
Standard Shipping Time: 7-14 business days with $10.00 shipping (free shipping on orders over $49).
Fast Shipping Time: 3-7 business days with $20.00 shipping.

Wooden sauna:
30-35 working days
In case of natural disasters, holidays, bad weather, etc., there may be a slight delay.
(Due to COVID-19, the delivery time may be delayed)


Q: Will I receive a tracking number?

A: We provide tracking for each order. The tracking number will be available once your product ships.


Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: You must cancel your order within 24 hours of creating it. After this time, the shipment may have been dispatched. If the goods have been shipped, please send an email to smartmakshop@gmail.com


Q: I entered the wrong address!

A: If you have misspelled or auto-filled wrong address, please email us at to smartmakshop@gmail.com within 24 hours with correct address information and we will correct it. More than 24 hours, it is possible that the goods have been shipped and the address may not be corrected.


Q: My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

A: Each of our products will be packed in a carton with extra padding for fragile items. If this happens to you, please contact us by email to to smartmakshop@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt. Your email should contain:your order number and pictures of damaged products.

Once received, we will be happy to send another copy for free.
